This is to inform all respected teachers and students that, effective Monday, 26 October 2026, the following procedures regarding attendance, punctuality, and student discipline will be implemented at Burichang Salafiah Madrasha. 1. Attendance Through RFID Card Scanning All students and teachers are required to scan their respective RFID cards using the designated card reader machines when entering and leaving the madrasha, as applicable, to ensure proper attendance records. 2. Attendance During Every Class Period Teachers must take attendance during every class period. Students may be marked as Present, Late, or Absent, as appropriate, based on their attendance and punctuality. 3. Attendance Recording Through the SalafiaX App All teachers are instructed to record attendance for every class period through the designated SalafiaX application accurately and consistently. 4. Student Behaviour and Discipline Monitoring Any instance of inappropriate behaviour, misconduct, violation of institutional rules, or other disciplinary concerns must be documented appropriately in the SalafiaX system by the concerned teacher. 5. Notifications to Parents and Guardians Relevant information regarding attendance, lateness, absences, and student behaviour recorded in the SalafiaX system will be communicated to parents and guardians through the SalafiaX app. A brief summary of the recorded observations will also be maintained and made available to parents or guardians as appropriate. All teachers are requested to implement these instructions diligently. Students are expected to maintain punctuality, discipline, respectful conduct, and compliance with the madrasha's rules and regulations. The cooperation of all teachers, students, and parents is essential to maintaining a disciplined, transparent, and effective educational environment.
